Return Policy

At SL Paperworks, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

To request a return, please contact SL Paperworks with your order number and reason for return before sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

For your protection, I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SL Paperworks cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact SL Paperworks within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Gift cards
