About SL Paperworks

Hi, I’m Steph, the artist behind SL Paperworks.

I draw the everyday rituals of London life in pen and ink: the shopfronts that give a street its character, and the small moments that quietly make up our days.

Everything starts with a sketch. I draw each piece by hand before finishing it digitally, keeping the original linework at the heart of every illustration, so no two originals are ever quite the same.

Little Foundations grew from that same love of everyday moments, celebrating the rituals that make up the early days of family life.

SL Paperworks began as a habit of sketching the city as I moved through it, and over time it’s grown into something much bigger. It’s still growing, too.
